SHIPPING INFORMATION
We calculate shipping based on the address in your account, so please either log in or create an account to see the exact shipping cost for your order. Account creation is free, and no credit card information is required until you purchase.
We ship most orders within 72 hours from the time you place your order. We will ship your order via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. All products shown on our websites are usually in stock and ready to ship. If your ordered parts are not in stock for any reason, we will notify you via phone or e-mail.
If any part you select is out of stock, it will be handled as follows:
* **Backorder:** If the item is expected to be restocked, we will automatically place it on backorder. You will receive a notification with an estimated delivery date once available. The order will be shipped to you as soon as the item is restocked. No additional shipping charges will be applied.
* **Cancellation:** If you prefer, or if the item is not expected to be restocked, we will cancel the item from your order and issue a full refund for that specific item. You will be notified of the cancellation via email. You can also request a cancellation of a backordered item at any time.
**Stock Information & Backorder Policy**

However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden shifts in demand or supply chain disruptions, may occasionally lead to discrepancies in our listed inventory. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
**Backorder Procedure**
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will gladly process a backorder for you. Backordered items are immediately sent to the respective manufacturers to expedite the fulfillment process. The manufacturer will then ship the item directly to your designated shipping address.
**Estimated Delivery Timeframe**
The estimated delivery timeframe for backordered items is typically 15 to 30 business days. This timeframe allows for the manufacturer's production and shipping processes. We will make every effort to keep you informed of your order's progress.
**Tracking & Confirmation**
All shipments, including backordered items, include detailed online package tracking information. You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Additionally, all shipments come with delivery confirmation to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order.
