2. **Packaging:** Carefully package the part to prevent damage during shipping.
3. **Shipping:** You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the part to chinesepartsusa.com, manufacturers, or distributors. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
4. **Inspection:** Upon receipt of the returned part, we will inspect it to verify its condition.
**Refunds:**
* Once the returned part is received and inspected, and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
* Refunds will be processed after the part is received, not before.
* The refund amount will be the original purchase price less the 20% restocking fee.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
