If, for any reason, your ordered parts are not in stock, we will notify you via phone or e-mail. Such orders will be back ordered or canceled upon your request. back ordered items are sent to manufacturers overseas to be shipped directly to our customers. Usually, it takes up to 10 to 30 days to ship back ordered items. We professionally package all shipments. All shipments include online or toll-free package tracking or delivery confirmation. We insure all packages against shipment loss or damage.
